ASUKA III Cruises
Six days round-trip from Yokohama, with an overnight call at Chichijima in the Ogasawara Islands. The sea has a blue of its own, and much of the wildlife lives nowhere else. The ship anchors offshore; guests go ashore by tender.
Osanbashi Pier sits at the edge of the old foreign settlement: fifteen minutes on foot brings you to Chinatown, and the other direction leads to Yamashita Park and the Red Brick Warehouse. Haneda Airport is about half an hour away, so a night here before embarkation means an unhurried morning.

Chichijima in the Ogasawara Islands is a World Natural Heritage site accessible only by ship, often called the 'Galapagos of the East.' Its uniquely evolved subtropical ecosystem and the crystal-clear 'Bonin Blue' sea make it a living paradise in winter.
